Celebrating ten years of the Oregon Innocence Project
With special guest speaker Christina Swarns, Executive Director of the Innocence Project
Join our staff and supporters October 10th in Portland to honor a decade of fighting for wrongfully convicted Oregonians. Ten years ago, we opened the doors of the Oregon Innocence Project with one goal in mind: freeing the innocent. Together, we’ve come a long way and now we want to invite you to be present with us as we celebrate our victories and look to the future. With your support, we’ve freed innocent people, passed crucial laws to protect the wrongfully convicted, and secured compensation for those who have been harmed by the system.
Our celebration will be a chance to enjoy a convivial evening with friends who believe in our fight for the innocent as much as you do. We will hear from our special guest speaker Christina Swarns, the Executive Director of the national Innocence Project. We will be serving a carefully selected menu of hearty hors d'oeuvres featuring deliciously tempting flavors and accompanied by wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks at Portland’s brand-new, members-only venue, Soho House.
